- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Windows application development.
- 5+ years of experience with C#.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry - Medical/Defense/Industrial.
- Experience debugging physical communication between Windows Applications and external devices (work experience needed).
- Front end development with HMI's and GUI's.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of Delphi is a plus but not required (current system is written in Delphi).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Windows-based applications using C#.
- Follow development processes, lead technical reviews, implement source code that meets product requirements and standards, and document work thoroughly.
- Ensure code is well-documented, tested, and controlled.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects promptly.
- Provide work breakdown plans and task estimates for project planning.
- Participate in roadmap planning, identify skill/resource gaps, and develop plans to address them.
