Compensation
$40–$50 per flat rate hour depending on experience, certifications, and production level
Relocation assistance and toolbox moving support may be available for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Ford dealership or structured automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Ability to perform efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ford certifications highly valued
