Quality Assurance ManagerNSC Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager (Direct Hire) to lead and oversee quality and compliance programs supporting ship repair and industrial operations in California. This is a direct-hire leadership position, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to shape quality systems within a mission-critical environment supporting government and commercial contracts.Position OverviewThe Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with NAVSEA, federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as the primary liaison with government oversight agencies and provides leadership to QA and safety personnel.
