Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Full-Time or Part-Time
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) or experienced Physician Assistants to provide psychiatric care in long-term care and rehabilitation settings. CHE is a clinician-led organization serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ facilities in 11+ states.
Position Highlights
Full-time or part-time schedules
You pick your own weekday schedule (MonFri)
No nights, weekends, or on-call
Work-life balance with predictable, steady caseloads

What You'll Do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
Collaborate with an integrated care team (psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, nursing staff)
Distinguish and diagnose psychological vs. physiological disorders
Consult on complex or unusual clinical cases

Qualifications
MSN Psychiatric/Mental Health; ANCC PMHNP certification for NH
Experience in psychotropic medication management
Active DEA in NH
(Optional) Family Nurse Practitioners with 35 years of psych experience will be considered
