Polymers Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment Provide on‑job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies Perform additional duties as needed What's in it for you In this role, you will earn a competitive annual base salary based on your experience and qualifications. Position Specific Details You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications. If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually. Qualifications You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment. Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four‑year college or university, strongly preferred. At a minimum, require high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 1‑year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. You should be proficient and comfortable with computers. Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Forklift experience/certification is a plus. Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.).
