Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Moline, IL. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining records, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. The role entails responding to customer needs promptly and professionally, managing claims and policy-related inquiries, and collaborating with team members to provide outstanding support.

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction

• Experience in improving Customer Experience and working to deliver exceptional service

• Ability to build relationships with customers and resolve inquiries effectively

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and the ability to learn industry-specific software

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and on-site environment

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred

• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
