Position Overview: A Medical Technologist II is needed to perform complex blood bank and clinical laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely results to support patient care. Key Responsibilities Conduct instrument calibration, maintenance, and validation of test results. Perform blood bank and clinical laboratory tests with precision. Adhere to strict quality control, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines. Analyze, validate, and report test results accurately and promptly. Collaborate effectively with physicians and nursing staff. Mentor and support junior staff members. Contribute to process improvements to enhance laboratory efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of blood bank procedures and clinical laboratory testing. Proficiency with laboratory instruments and troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
