Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner– Correctional facility

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Grafton, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus

Location: Grafton, OH

Compensation: $85 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: The schedule will be full-time (40 hours per week). There is some flexibility in shift start/end times based on operational needs. No night, weekend, or holiday coverage is needed. The assignment is projected to last approximately 3 months but may be extended based on continued need and mutual good fit. An on-site interview will be required.

Key responsibilities :

• Conducts mental health and psychopharmacological assessments, formulates diagnoses, and provides appropriate treatment.
• Prescribes and manages psychotropic medications, including ordering and interpreting laboratory tests.
• Provides direct psychiatric care (in-person or via telehealth), including care for patients in crisis.
• Collaborates with medical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, integrated patient care.
• Documents clinical encounters and participates in treatment planning, team meetings, and quality improvement activities while maintaining clinical competency.

• CPR Certification
• Ohio Medical License
• Copy of Board Certification
• Drug Enforcement Administration certification
• COVID vaccine card or exemption letter
• ANCC Certificate

• $85 per hour, based on experience
• $200 sign-on bonus and referral bonuses available
