We’re looking for a Leasing Services Coordinator to guide prospective residents from their first inquiry through the application and move-in process. You’ll give property tours, follow up with prospective residents, prepare accurate leasing paperwork, and help current residents get the support they need. We’re looking for someone who can create a welcoming experience while staying organized, following leasing policies, and helping the community maintain strong occupancy. Responsibilities Manage rental leads, schedule and conduct accompanied showings and follow up with prospective residents. Guide applicants through application requirements, lease signing, and move-in coordination. Manage lease renewals, including resident communication, documentation, signatures, inspections, and deadlines. Coordinate HOA and condominium applications, approvals, and leasing requirements. Assist with move-outs, property inspections, turnover coordination, keys, and marketing photos. Support routine resident questions and local office needs, including payment handling and document processing. Maintain accurate records and communicate issues requiring management attention. Qualifications Active Florida real estate license required. Residential leasing, property management, or related experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage office and field responsibilities. Comfortable learning multiple software platforms and maintaining electronic records. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally with clean driving record. Ability to walk properties, navigate stairs, and conduct showings and inspections, with reasonable accommodation where applicable. Compensation & Schedule Full-time salaried position with a lease-up bonus structure. Salary and bonus details will be discussed during the hiring process. A company vehicle is provided for authorized business use. Occasional appointments outside regular office hours and limited after-hours backup availability may be required.
