TELLER

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing transactions and maintaining a high level of professionalism. $16/hourly Key Responsibilities Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments Provide information about bank products and services to customers Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies Promote a positive banking experience by delivering excellent customer service Handle cash and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift Work closely in a team environment Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficient in using computer systems and banking software Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy GMB offers an excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), vacation and paid holidays.
