Your application will be read by an actual person who’s excited to discover the real you.Gravoc, a New Charter company, is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (in other companies this person could hold the title of Senior D365 F&O Consultant, Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Lead, ERP Functional Consultant — D365 Finance & Operations), to lead enterprise ERP implementations for complex, multi-entity organizations.In this role, you will lead discovery sessions, solution architecture, and full lifecycle implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with executive leadership, finance teams, operations stakeholders, and technical developers to design scalable ERP solutions spanning Financials, Project Accounting, Quote-to-Cash, Procurement, Intercompany, and Consolidations, leveraging Office 365, Power BI, and integrated cloud-based systems.To be successful in this role, you will bring deep functional expertise across core D365 F&O modules and a proven ability to lead fit-gap analysis, system configuration, data migration, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will produce high-quality solution documentation, guide proof-of-concept efforts, support pre-sales engagements, and ensure successful deployment and long-term customer adoption.We understand that great candidates may not meet every requirement listed.Job Location:Remote (U.S.- based candidates only)Work Authorization Requirement:This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States.This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.Applicants must be able to work for any U.S. employer without current or future sponsorship requirements.General job duties include:Lead client discovery workshops and solution design sessionsConfigure and deploy Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modulesMaintain Solution Design Documents and project documentationConduct fit-gap analysis and provide Proof of Concept directionCreate Functional Specifications for system customizationsSupport full data migration including master, historical, and transactional dataDevelop test scripts and lead CRP and UAT sessionsCreate user documentation and deliver end-user trainingDevelop financial statements and reporting structuresProvide ongoing client support and system optimization guidanceAssist in pre-sales demonstrations and technical solution positioningRequired Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline6+ years combined experience with Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations ERP implementationsProven experience leading full lifecycle ERP deployments including configuration and data migrationStrong functional expertise across Financials, Banking, AR/AP, Distribution, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Sales & Marketing, Intercompany, Consolidation, and Project Accounting modulesExperience working across Office 365 environmentsAbility to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Experience:Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Jet Reporting, Management Reporter, or SSRSExperience supporting cloud-based ERP environmentsMicrosoft Dynamics certifications related to D365 Finance & OperationsExperience participating in pre-sales or solution demonstrationsStrong documentation discipline and executive-level presentation capabilityCommitment to ongoing training and professional certificationBenefits:Compensation starting at $135,000 depending on experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchProfessional development and certification reimbursementFlexible work arrangementsGrowth-oriented, collaborative cultureWho We are:At New Charter, we’re building a caliber of business the IT industry hasn’t yet seen.
