Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development

Position: Sr./Medical Director, Clinical Development Reports To: SVP, Clinical Development About the Company: Biotech company developing precision therapies for rare/kidney diseases. Role Summary: We’re seeking a Physician (MD) to help lead clinical strategy and execution. The Sr./Medical Director will help drive the clinical programs forward and represent the company as the primary contact with KOLs, PIs, and collaborators. What You’ll Do: Develop Clinical Strategy – Partner with senior leadership to shape clinical strategy and development plans. Design and Oversee Clinical Trials Interpret and Communicate Data – Lead the analysis, interpretation, and communication of clinical trial results through publications, presentations, and regulatory documents. Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with internal teams (research, clinical ops, translational science) and lead communications with external collaborators. Engage with Regulatory Authorities – Serve as a medical representative in regulatory interactions and contribute to the development of regulatory submissions.
