Exceptional pay: We value experience, and you'll make $32.00 - $38.00/hour based on qualifications. Plus, we're offering a $2,000 sign-on bonus and spiff potential to reward excellent performance!

Reasonable hours: You'll work a consistent 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday schedule with half-days on Fridays.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Travel to assigned locations, engage with clients, and provide professional customer service
• Accurately install heating and air conditioning equipment while following all codes and regulations
• Recommend additional upgrades when appropriate
• Positively represent our company and make a real difference for customers

What We Need From You:

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Polite and professional attitude
• Desire to learn more and grow within the industry
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within 30 minutes of Champaign, IL
• EPA certification - preferred , not required
