- Consistent attendance and the ability to work independently are crucial for this fast-paced environment.
Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Manufacturing Tech:
- A keen eye for detail and strong manufacturing or production experience are a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.
- You can identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- The ability to routinely lift 50 lbs is required.
- A desire to learn and grow within the company is a plus (Forklift certification a plus, not required).
