Job Title: Production Associate | $18/hr Build a Stable Career in a Clean, Modern Facility

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Production Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with finished cardboard products, helping keep production moving efficiently and safely.

• Handle finished cardboard products coming off production machines
• Operate and assist with machinery to support production flow
• Fold, stack, and organize cardboard boxes for shipment
• Move products from the back end of machines to staging areas
• Perform repetitive, physical tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Lift up to 40 pounds as part of daily responsibilities

• At least 1 year of warehouse, production, packaging, or assembly experience
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate production machinery
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift

• Previous machine operation experience
• Background in the paper or packaging industry

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
