Job Responsibilities
  • Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs to formulate personalized intervention strategies that align with their specific goals.

  • Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner closely with fellow OTs, PTs, Speech Therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
  • Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapeutic practices that promote sustained progress at home.
  • Monitor Progress: Evaluate clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans when necessary, ensuring patients stay on track to recover.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Ongoing education and additional certifications are encouraged and well supported.
Certification Requirements
  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
