Deeply Digital, LLC is a communications, construction, and consulting company in Montrose, Colorado serving the entire western slope. Its sister company, Clearnetworx, provides ISP services to the surrounding region. Our entire team represents the company on the front lines, and all members work as a team to fulfill the needs of our customers.

Deeply Digital's outside plant focuses primarily on placing underground and aerial fiber for telecommunications. Its services include line, coaxial, and optical fiber cable placement, splicing, and home installation.

Job Description

Experience

Staff hired into this position require at least two (2) years of experience and must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the Essential Duties/Responsibilities listed. The duties are illustrative of the essential functions of the job and may not include other nonessential or peripheral duties that may be required. Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and perform active communication with leads, guiding them through our different product offerings.
• Speak with customers to understand their businesses and desires and plan what service best fits their unique needs.
• Follow sales to completion, ensuring new customers have all the necessary paperwork and are properly entered into the billing system when necessary.
• Answer questions from existing customers and find ways the business can serve them better.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for clients and identify problems with existing services.
• Understand the technical language and equipment used for ISP (Internet Service Provider) services and identify requirements and problem areas when connecting and troubleshooting client services.
• Ensure the company has happy customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical skills and experience with ISP (Internet Service Provider) services
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Physical Demands

• Coordinate movement of eyes, hands, fingers, and feet

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
