Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, technical operations, production support, or a similar role
5 years of experience managing production incidents, escalations, and root cause analysis
2 years of experience working with integrated platforms, APIs, SaaS applications, and enterprise workflows
2 years of experience utilizing enterprise ticketing platforms (ie. Jira, Service Now)
2 years of experience supporting service operations, including SLA and KPI management
Preferred qualifications
3 years of experience with operations, reliability, or support engineering functions
1 year of experience supporting Retail Media, AdTech, MarTech, Salesforce, or advertising platforms
Experience managing large, integrated platform environments and vendor relationships
2 years of experience improving operations through automation and self-service capabilities
Ability to influence teams and build strong partnerships across the organization
2 years of experience with APIs, integration troubleshooting, SQL, data analysis, observability, monitoring, or logging platforms
