If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our team in Tempe, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)Work with business process owners to develop new organizational roles to fulfill the “To-Be” business processesWork with functional team to fully understand the global template for Finance in SAPProvide input to the evolution of the Finance global templateEducate Functional/Process leadership on the benefits of the “To-Be” design and the change implications for their organization. Execute the redesigned business process in SAP ERP System during the Solution Validation phase to confirm that business requirements have been satisfiedCapture, assess and prioritize key business requirement gaps from all sites that are part of a deployment project. Reconcile differences between current business processes and lead the team to consensusEmpowered to make decisions driving to the best business process to keep project moving forward within the Global TemplateWork with Functional process owners during the deployment process to ensure business ownership throughout the programBe a champion of the CP/S(Common Processes/Solutions) solution and assist in change management activitiesLearn the SAP system to the standard required and ensure that knowledge is effectively transferred to other usersMap Global User profiles to local business roles in coordination with Super Users and Functional SAP security point of contactEnsure that all users are able to operate new business process effectively with minimum impact to the businessWork with Super users on transformation of Finance processes to Finance CoE (COTA) and Cash Services including help with Change Mgt and impact analysis.Work closely with Finance team in the SAP CoE in order to become a Process and SAP system expert as well as to drive Finance enhancements to the Global Design ModeBasic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)Minimum of 3+ years Experience SAP Finance and ControllingDegree: Bachelors or Masters in Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
