Do you have accounting experience and are looking for a job in between employment?

Seeking a Temporary Accounting Specialist to provide operational accounting support during a high-volume fiscal period. This role will focus heavily on accounts payable/accounts receivable processing, reconciliations, and fiscal year-end support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal training.

Temp Accounting Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift

• Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with fiscal year-end accounting activities and reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for daily processing
• Support general accounting and administrative functions as assigned Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling financial information

Temp Accounting Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or training
• Experience with accounting software systems and ERP platforms preferred High-volume AP/AR processing experience preferred
• Prior government, nonprofit, or educational accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
