Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Medical Assistant with a minimum of 1 year experience to join our growing family practice. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. The role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate provider and patient needs while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist providers in a busy family practice setting with efficiency and accuracy
• Perform patient intake, vitals, documentation, and clinical support duties
• Demonstrate strong triage knowledge and clinical judgment
• Anticipate provider needs and think ahead regarding orders, workflows, and patient care
• Act quickly and confidently in clinical situations while maintaining accuracy
• Ensure tasks are completed correctly, understanding the clinical, legal, and patient-care impact of errors
• Provide compassionate, professional, and high-quality customer service to all patients
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Will be cross trained in front office

Required Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a family practice or primary care setting.
• Must have graduated from a certified medical assistant program
• Strong understanding of triage and clinical workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to think quickly and work effectively under pressure
• Resourceful mindset — able to seek answers and resolutions when information is unknown
• Confident enough to ask questions when in doubt and never guess in patient care
• Strong sense of responsibility and understanding of why clinical tasks must be done correctly
