Position: CT/Xray Tech Specialty: CT Technologist Job requires BLS, ARRT certification, and Oregon state license. Job Requirements

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required. Oregon state license required. Must provide scanned copy of certifications with expiration dates. Specialty specific competency testing must be completed within a year. Schedule Information

Shift: 21:30 - 07:30 (Night shift) Additional Details

Must provide various health and professional clearances including Fit Test, Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine proof or exemption, MMR, Hepatitis B vaccination series, Influenza Vaccine proof or exemption, 2 Step PPD or IGRA test, Varicella vaccination or titer, Physical/Health Statement. Must complete Trinity Health required forms including Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Motor Vehicle Report, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, and Skills Checklist.
