Job Overview

Controversy is looking for reliable, high-energy bartenders who can move fast, stay professional, and help create a great guest experience in a nightlife environment.

Responsibilities

-Serve guests quickly, accurately, and professionally
-Prepare cocktails, shots, mixed drinks, and bottle service orders
-Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
-Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift
-Check IDs and follow all Pennsylvania alcohol service laws and house policies
-Help create a fun, welcoming, and respectful atmosphere for guests
-Restock liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, cups, and supplies as needed
-Maintain professionalism during busy, high-energy shifts
-Follow all closing, cleaning, and side-work procedures

Skills We’re Looking For

-Bartending or nightlife experience preferred
-Fast-paced customer service experience
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to multitask under pressure
-Reliable attendance and punctuality
-Positive attitude and team-first mindset
-Cash handling experience
-Knowledge of basic cocktails and bar setup
-Ability to stay calm and professional with guests
-Must be comfortable working in an adult nightlife environment
