Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. The role focuses on supporting and collaborating with other Graphic Designers to create and produce marketing materials within the firm’s Marketing Department. Key Responsibilities Design, produce, and revise firm-wide marketing materials, including advertisements, invitations, client alerts, newsletters, announcements, brochures, and business development collateral. Create and maintain web-based collateral, such as HTML templates and electronic communications in Word that translate into HTML-based emails. Determine and implement best processes for design and distribution of communications via web-based software; test and troubleshoot across various email and web browsers. Provide design support for the firm’s website and videos, working closely with the Digital Communications Manager. Consistently apply and enforce style/brand guidelines. Collaborate with vendors, maintain relationships with outside design firms, and manage relationships with commercial printers and service bureaus. Handle special projects and duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. Minimum of 2 years design experience, preferably within a professional services or design firm. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Solid web knowledge, including HTML, CSS, troubleshooting across email and web browsers. Strong organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines, with a low production error rate. Familiarity with preparing documents for print, digital, and electronic output. Must be able to work independently and take direction to design and organize marketing projects. Flexible schedule to accommodate last-minute rush deadlines. Proficiency with PC computer systems. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree a plus. Experience within a professional services firm. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
