Position Overview Experienced candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $7,500. Early‑career candidates may qualify for up to $12,500 in tuition forgiveness. Under general direction, observes and practices sterile technique, maintains asepsis, anticipates and assists the surgeon as needed. Actively participates in patient care and safety. Utilizes OR supplies conservatively and operates as a team member of the OR staff. Primary Department, Division, or Unit Operating Room, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift Day Rotational Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Compensation Range $22.89 - $32.76 per hour, depending on experience Education / Experience Minimum Required Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing. Preferred Previous clinical experience in a hospital setting. Previous Operating Room experience. License / Certification Minimum Required Current New York State Practical Nurse License. CPR Certification required within 3 months of hire.
