Schedule: Monday Through Friday 9 am - 4:30 pm 

About the Opportunity:

We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our growing Support team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers succeed, and working with technology in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support requests via phone, email, and help desk tickets.
● Log, track and close incoming support requests.
● Troubleshoot software, VoIP, networking, and system configuration issues.
● Diagnose customer problems, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
● Collaborate extensively with team members to resolve client issues
● Prioritize support requests based on urgency and service level expectations.
● Assist customers with software setup, account configuration, and basic training.
● Contribute to internal documentation, knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
● Contribute to a growing client facing knowledge base that improves the effectiveness of our team and the information available to our clients.
● Provide internal technical support for remote employees as needed.

What You'll Bring:

● 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, customer support, or a related IT role.

What Sets You Apart:

● Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong customer service mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
● Working Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and basic Networking Concepts
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
● VoIP knowledge is preferred
● Experience using ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or similar platforms is preferred.
