Location: Ahoskie, NC Wise Snacks is seeking a Route Sales Representative. The primary purpose of this role is to represent the company in the field, selling and delivering products. To ensure customers get a high quality service. Being able to meet deadlines and timely deliveries. With an overall goal to increase sales and profitsYou'll ensure Executions Standards on all storesMaximize the use of space to increase salesSeek and secure all opportunities for incremental salesShow the proper use of POS to drive salesEnsure servicing the stores accordingly to their sales to eliminate Out of StockMeet all sales goals and be able to generate new leads to solicit new business and build their organization's client base.Manage inventory and place ordersLoad, unload and drive the products to their appropriate destinations.You'll ensure growth in a profitable way.Service storesGrowth routes in order to split off and have new routes to increase service and salesIntelligent and tactical use of discounts for customer and jobber to maximize salesSet up and manage a route to reduce cost: RTM, Time Management, Educate on Good business practicesEducation & Experience:Required:2 years in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) sales experience1 year managerial experience (i.e. merchandisers)Good numerical skills.Prior supermarket sales experienceMicrosoft Office experience.Valid Driver's license.Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis.Ability to get in and out of the vehicle on a regular basis.Preferred:Prior food or salty snack industry experience.+3 years managerial experience.+5 years Customer Service Industry+5 Years' experience with supermarket channel.About Wise:Wise Foods Inc. is a leading producer of salty snacks with a long heritage.
