Food Runner

Location: Oceania Club Inc, 16421 Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA Role: Utensil Delivery/ Server Assistant with friendly customer service attitude. Assist servers by delivering food from kitchen to customers quickly and safely. Responsibilities Maintain helpful and service-oriented customer service approach at all times. Deliver food from kitchen to customer’s table, ensuring timely and proper temperature. Pay attention to customer tables, refill drinks proactively. Collaborate with hostess, bartenders, cooks, and servers to create pleasant dining experiences. Set up tables before, during, and after shift. Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude. Assist dishwasher when necessary to keep kitchen clean and orderly. Use professional language with customers. Physical Demands The employee must regularly talk, hear, and stand; frequently reach, bend, stoop, shake, stir, pour, carry, push, and lift objects up to 30 pounds; repeated motion of wrists, hands, and fingers. Required Education & Experience One year of prior restaurant experience. Ability to work in a team atmosphere. High school diploma or food safety training. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures. Preferred Qualifications Strong work ethic. Thought provoking: capable of making others think deeply on a subject. Team player: works well as a member of a group. Detail-oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all necessary details. Dedicated: devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
