Cybersecurity Program Manager (Linthicum Heights)

Redhawk Federal is seeking a former agency CIO, deputy CIO, or CISO, or a senior IT leader who has personally owned IT budgeting, investment management, and workforce planning alongside information security. A successful candidate has run or overseen an enterprise RMF program with an ISSM and multiple ISSOs, including the shift from static ATOs toward continuous ATO.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree minimum in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Master's degree preferred.

CISSP

DoD 8140 qualification for DCWF 901

Critical Traits and Experience: Must-Have in Resume

• At least five years of IT leadership and accountability.
• At least five years of IT strategic planning.
• At least five years assessing IT workforce needs and developing workforce strategies.
• At least five years in IT budgeting, including annual and multi-year planning, programming, and budgeting decisions.
• At least five years in IT investment management.
• At least five years establishing and ensuring compliance with an agency-wide information security and privacy program.
• At least five years in digital equity and accessibility of information and telecommunication technologies.
• TS/SCI clearance eligible and U.S. citizen at quote submission.
