Guest Service AssociateJob Summary: As a Guest Service Associate, you'll interact with guests and support daily restaurant operations by taking orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and restocking supplies to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet guests with a friendly attitude and assist with food ordersMaintain knowledge of the menu and answer guest questionsKeep the dining area, patio, and restrooms clean and well-stockedFollow proper food safety, hygiene, and cash handling proceduresAssist with restocking and cleaning tasks as neededSupport new team member training and follow company policiesQualifications:Restaurant or retail experience preferredStrong communication and basic math skillsMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periodsFlexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportation requiredWork Environment:Fast-paced restaurant setting with indoor and outdoor duties. Exposure to kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and varying temperatures. Must be able to work closely with a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
