Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities Compensation structure setup and operation. Direct-hire employee compensation administration. Staffing agency workforce timekeeping management and invoice cost verification. Manage payroll processing and tax filings for locally hired employees. Cross-verify staffing agency cost invoices and process payments. Administer enrollment and ongoing operations for employee benefit programs. General HR administrative duties: Form I-9 verification, document preparation for accounting and labor audits, contract and document management, and HRIS updates. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related discipline required. 1 to 5+ years of experience in U.S. local payroll and benefits administration. Advanced proficiency in payroll software systems; deep understanding of shift rotations and overtime pay calculations. Bilingual communication capability in English and Korean. Preferred Qualifications & Notes Experience with Ohio state tax laws and local labor environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr ZealoTech People
