Training & Safety Specialist

This position can be located anywhere within Texas, and will have a defined travel territory within Texas. About the Position Our Loss Control Team is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Training & Safety Specialist to support the development, coordination, and implementation of safety programs across Texas Electric Cooperatives' membership. In this role, you will travel to member cooperatives and municipalities to conduct safety meetings and facilitate industry‑specific training schools. You will also perform safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations to identify hazards, recommend corrective actions, and ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations — including OSHA, EPA, and DOT standards.
