We're looking for a per diem Job Coach to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking for FLEXIBLE, PART-TIME work that can fit around their existing schedule. As a Job Coach, you'll support individuals in developing workplace skills, gaining independence, and successfully reaching their employment goals while making a meaningful difference in their lives. There is no guarantee of hours and hours may vary based on client needs and available opportunities. This position is ideal for someone looking to supplement another job, work around school or family commitments, or simply have the flexibility of an occasional part-time position without a set weekly schedule. Summary: A Job Coach is responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to individuals with intellectual and learning disabilities to help them achieve and maintain meaningful employment. The Job Coach will collaborate with employers to foster an inclusive work environment, provide on-site training and support, and advocate for accommodations when necessary. Additionally, they will monitor progress, offer constructive feedback, and ensure clients achieve their employment goals while promoting independence and self-sufficiency.This role requires strong communication, patience, creativity, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to thrive in the workforce. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma 2 years' experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities or ASD Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance Physical Requirements: The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
