Our client is seeking a Retention Specialist in Colleyville, Texas . In this rewarding role, you will serve as a trusted advocate by proactively reaching out to members, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and providing personalized solutions that enhance their experience and encourage continued enrollment. You'll build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service, collaborate with internal teams to ensure member needs are met, and play a key role in helping individuals feel supported, valued, and confident in their healthcare coverage.

Requirements :

• 2 plus years experience in Administrative tasks
• Previous experience in customer service, member services, retention, healthcare, insurance, or call center environments
• Experience with outbound calling and customer relationship management systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel , Outlook , Word etc.)
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

Hours : Monday- Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM , Monday-7:30 AM for a morning meeting
