Compensation & Bonus Structure * Base Salary : $74,000-$95,000/year (based on experience and market factors) * Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds * Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 available in select locations! [varies by location] Financial Wellness & Professional Support * 401(k) with company contribution * Reimbursement for professional dues and license renewals * Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees What You'll Do: * Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment. * Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. * Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
