Job Details Date Posted: 2026-06-04 Location: Estero Office, United States Job Description Summary Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The Patient Services Specialist (PSS) works across front office stations, learning and performing duties of all stations and assisting colleagues as needed. Demonstrated copywriting and editing skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and flexibility are essential. Performs other duties and projects as assigned. Education and Qualifications High School Diploma / GED required. Previous Experience Experience in healthcare is highly preferred. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities. Core Capabilities Analysis & Critical Thinking: Must exercise independent judgment and strong problem solving, analysis, decision-making, planning, time management, and organizational skills. Interpersonal Effectiveness: Developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness. Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material. Communication Skills: Good command of English. Effective oral, written, presentation skills. Customer Service & Organizational Awareness: Strong customer focus, ability to build engaging culture of quality and performance effectiveness, teamwork, and positive employee, physician and community relations. Self‑Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, stress, and professional development. Self‑motivated and self‑starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision. Fast‑paced environment: Must work effectively in a multi‑site environment with competing priorities and stakeholders. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Certifications & Travel Valid state Driver’s License required for travel to satellite offices and off‑site meetings. Travel: 26–50%. Work Location & Hours Remote: No. Standard Core Workdays/Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
