Job Description We are seeking a dependable and professional Janitorial Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is friendly during regular client interactions, and can be counted on to show up consistently and on time.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash

Refill supplies such as paper products and soap

Follow cleaning checklists and safety procedures

Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Report maintenance issues or supply needs promptly

Requirements

Friendly, professional demeanor for regular client interactions

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks as required

Preferred (but not required)

Prior janitorial or cleaning experience

Experience working in client-facing environments
