Territory Manager- Women's Health - Cleveland and Columbus, OH

Becton Dickinson seeks a Territory Manager to drive sales of women's health biopsy products across Ohio and Pittsburgh territories. The role involves building customer relationships, conducting product evaluations, and managing account growth within the medical device sector.

Responsibilities

• Sell BD women's health biopsy portfolio to existing and prospective accounts
• Conduct product evaluations and clinical demonstrations to physicians and staff
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to increase market share
• Perform quarterly business reviews with hospital department managers and procurement teams
• Plan and execute sales calls, manage territory effectively, and track sales metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Two or more years of proven sales success, preferably in women's health
• Medical device sales experience preferred
• Valid state-issued driver's license and compliance with BD auto safety standards
• Strong human relations and communication skills
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical terminology
• Consultative, needs-based selling approach
