Responsibilities may include:Spraying and applying finishes to cabinet componentsSanding, prepping, and sealing surfaces to ensure a flawless finishWiping down and inspecting stained materials for qualityLoading and unloading parts on the production lineOperating finishing equipment and spray systems safely and efficientlyIdentifying and correcting minor finish defectsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaSupporting team goals and production schedulesWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for reliable team members who are willing to learn and take pride in producing quality work.Preferred Qualifications:Finishing, painting, sanding, woodworking, or manufacturing experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to follow directions and work as part of a teamDependable attendance and positive attitudeAbility to stand, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environmentWillingness to learn new skills and grow within the companyNo finishing experience?
