Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering urgent and emergent patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and discharge instructions.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, providing immediate critical care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
