With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.We are seeking to hire a Custodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.Job RequirementsMust be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.Prior cleaning experience is a plus.Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.Janitor experience is a plus but will train.Reliable transportation.Be able to use side by side machine and auto scrubber machine.Be able set up for events.Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.Pre-Employment background screening.BenefitsSalary: $20 hr.Part-time.Shift 11pm to 3am.Opportunity for growth.Pritchard Industries participate in E-Verify.#LI-DNIEqual Opportunity Employer.
