Duties

• Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, shocks & struts, and brakes.
• Execute routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and fluid replacements to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair or replace automotive parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive repair tools.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs performed and communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality standards are met.

Experience/Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in the automotive repair industry with a strong background in dealership or independent shop environments.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics, including electronic systems and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Must have own tools and ASE Certifications.
• Work Schedule/Compensation
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Hybrid pay structure, includes hourly wage (based up on experience) plus production bonus.
• Paid Holidays, plus 1week paid vacation first year.
