Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and SLP-CCC certification
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech and language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in diverse educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnoses for students with speech and language disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver targeted speech-language therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups
• Document progress and adjust interventions based on student response
• Consult with staff and participate in team meetings to optimize student outcomes
