Sales Professional/Keyholder

Summary Supervise the sales floor and deliver a memorable customer experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and client relationships. Partner with store managers to develop leadership skills and support sales team performance. Responsibilities Meet and exceed personal sales goals while building and developing a clientele. Coach and mentor sales associates to strengthen client relationships and maximize sales. Uphold customer service, training, and visual merchandising standards. Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures, returns, exchanges, and daily task follow-up. Requirements Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and business skills. Ability to motivate and guide team members toward goals. Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills preferred. Ability to stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
