Day-to-Day:
- Draw labs, obtain and document vital signs, and assess patients before, during, and after treatment
- Safely administer IV medications and hang chemotherapy/infusions per provider orders
- Manage care for ~4 patients at a time (9–11 total patients per day), balancing overlapping infusion schedules
- Access/de‐access ports, perform PICC line care, and complete PICC/central line dressing changes
- Monitor for adverse reactions, provide patient education/support, and document care accurately
Must-Haves:
- ICU/ED/Med Surg/Oncology Exp
- 1 years minimum of experience
- RN & BLS
Plusses:
- ONS or OCN
- Chemo Certification
