The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, confident in sales, and committed to building lasting relationships through personalized recommendations and product education.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.Consult with customers to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate products and solutions.Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.Build customer loyalty by developing genuine relationships and delivering personalized service.Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.Assist with merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and store presentation.Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as needed.Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.RequirementsRequiredAbility to pass a background screening.Must be 18 + years old.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers confidently.Dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (when our customers need us most!).Additional QualificationsOne year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products.Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.BenefitsHourly pay of ($16.00- $17.00 based on experience) plus commission opportunities.Employee product discounts.Paid training and product education.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Supportive and collaborative team environment.You're energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by helping others.
