Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, functional mobility, and use of adaptive equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support a patient-centered culture grounded in dignity, compassion, and respect.
