What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud engineering, or enterprise application development At least 5 years in a solution architect role guiding architecture teams or centers of excellence Ability to travel 50% Proven track record of building and scaling Azure‑based cloud‑native solutions across multiple industries or verticals Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Deep familiarity with Azure services: Data Lake, App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Cosmos DB, Azure AI, and Azure DevOps Strong understanding of Well‑Architected Framework, microservices, containerization, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API‑first design Experience developing demo environments, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks for sales and implementation teams Knowledge of Agile methodologies and AI‑enabled delivery tools Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders Experience supporting strategic proposals, client marketing efforts, and brand‑building initiatives Based on our contractual obligations, candidate must be located within the United States and a US Citizen. Nice to Have Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred Master’s degree preferred Additional certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, or Azure Security Engineer Associate are highly valued Salary The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
