Ingeniero de Control – Desarrollo y Programación Departamento: Ingeniería Nivel de educación requerido: Ingeniería Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Robótica, Mecánica o carrera afín Experiencia laboral: 3 años Conocimientos y habilidades Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico, manuales y sistemas PDCA y TPM Programación PLC en principales programas y plataformas Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos y neumáticos Instalaciones eléctricas y neumáticas Liderazgo, proactividad y capacidad analítica Responsabilidades principales Identificar oportunidades de automatización en procesos de manufactura Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de control de calidad con PLC’s Ejecutar pruebas en bases de datos, sistemas, redes, hardware y software Detectar errores y problemas de calidad en procesos nuevos y establecidos Instalar aplicaciones y bases de datos para automatización Colaborar con plantas hermanas Desarrollar e instalar líneas nuevas o en lanzamiento Coordinar transferencias de líneas de producción Planear trabajos, abastecer materiales y negociar disponibilidad de equipos Supervisar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo Administrar y optimizar refacciones Modificar diseños de equipos para mejorar desempeño y costos Participar en auditorías internas y externas Elaborar informes periódicos de actividades Interpretar diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y programas escalera Asegurar condiciones óptimas de equipos para garantizar calidad del producto Promover mejora continua y cumplimiento de políticas ambientales y de seguridad Somos un Empleador que ofrece Igualdad de Oportunidades (EEO) y no discrimina en ningún aspecto relacionado con el empleo o las relaciones laborales por motivos de raza, color, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, origen nacional, edad, estado civil, discapacidad, condición de veterano, ni por cualquier otra causa protegida por las leyes aplicables en materia de discriminación. #J-18808-Ljbffr Joysonsafety
