Steptoe LLP

Steptoe LLP seeks an associate with 3-5 years of securities regulatory experience to join the Financial Innovation & Regulation practice in Washington, DC or New York. The ideal candidate will advise clients on securities laws, regulatory requirements, and digital asset considerations, with strong writing and analytical skills and a JD plus NY/DC Bar admission. The anticipated salary range is $260,000 to $365,000, with base compensation reflecting experience and location, and standard firm #J-18808-Ljbffr Steptoe LLP
